SHIPPING POLICY

How much does shipping cost and what about tracking?

Don’t worry, shipping is on us! Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Wait a minute, I live outside of the US, is my shipping free also?

Unfortunately, we do have to charge a $20 flat rate shipping fee to ship internationally. All international orders will receive an automatic confirmation email and a separate email with tracking information.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders and back-orders will be handled with the same urgency, and will be shipped as soon as they become available. 

My tracking information says that my order was delivered but I have not received it, what should I do? 

BlkElvn Collective is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses - the address that you provide at the time of purchase is the address that your item(s) will be shipped to.

If the shipping information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your item(s), please email support@blkelvn.com and include your name and order number, we will follow up within 12-24 hours. Once the return request has been made, please adhere to the following Return Policy:

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the same condition as received.
Accessories and flash sale items are non-returnable.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all exchanges.

Note: BlkElvn Collective does not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return unless there is an error on our part. Please keep record of your tracking number and proof of postage, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds are sent to the original form of payment.

I received my package but it is wrong, what happens now?

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize. Please allow us to fix this error and correct our mishap by reaching out to us as soon as possible. Please email support@blkelvn.com and include your name, order number and photos showing the mistake. You will hear from us within 12-24 hours!
